This Scholarship is offered by the State Government of Lithuania which will be offered to all students who have being outstanding and brilliant in their several institutions from selected countries. You do not have to pay any Application Fee to Apply to this scholarship. It is awesome that the Lithuanian State Government via this scholarship program are planning to award about 100 Scholarships to Master’s level students only.

> This scholarship is worth about €490 for each students monthly
> Aspiring Students from the following countries will be offered grants in numerous ways
- Ukrainian students will be given 60 grants
- Students from belarus will be given 10 grants
- Students from Armenia, Moldova, Georgia and foeign students of Lithuanian origin will be given 20 grants
- Azerbaijan students will be offered 5 grants
- There will be a monthly stipends that will be offered to students from Israel, China, Japan, and South Korea and will still be entitled to 5 grants respectively.
